Her notepad poems:
Scared to be alone

Scared to be alone

Standing in the park, just taking a picture
Looking through the lens, observing the nature
Not always aware, of people around me
Need to take more care, could danger surround me
Corner of my eye, I can see some movement
Someone is so close, touch me in a moment
Footsteps are quite loud, as their getting nearer
They go flying past, run under the camera
Bump into my legs, pushes me back a step
Must just be a child, a smell of sweets I get
I lower the camera, to check they are ok
Want to say sorry, before they run away
I look all around, nobody is near me
Nowhere they could hide, not even in a tree
They were never there, and they were never real
I am all alone, so scared is how I feel
It’s so hard to tell, just what is really there
I can’t block it out, this is not even rare
Trying to get help, for these issues and more
It’s chaos in there, my brain is like a war
Will they ever go, and let me be myself
Want a normal life, without my mental health
This is part of me, it’s just a part of life
Don't know what to do, it causes so much strife
I go on fighting, until another day
Sometimes I feel fine, I keep those thoughts at bay
I can’t trust myself, I need someone with me
Scared to be alone, can’t let my Demons free

About This Poem

Yes this is based on a "real" experience, it's happening more and more to me. Hopefully getting help with my issues soon as they seem to be getting worse, will the help actually help? We will have to wait and see!

Yes I could be seeing ghosts, but that isn't a much better option to me! lol

I am not "dangerous" to anybody except maybe myself on some occasions, just in case anybody worries :)
